Murphy OS updates on air

Rooming: see who each person wants to share with

• If the form asks who they want to share with, it shows next to each name on the Rooming board.
• Amber «Wants…» shows where that person is, and green «as requested» when they are already together.
• Tap someone and the cabin of the person they asked for is highlighted. Choose or turn it off in Rooming > Cabins.

Rooming as a PDF and full rooming for the hotel

• In Rooming > Download, a laid-out PDF with each cabin type’s photos and who sleeps in each one. The client can download it from their link too.
• Full rooming for the hotel: each person with their cabin and their check-in details (ID, birth date, nationality, contact), as Excel or PDF.
• You choose what goes in: health, allergies and emergency contacts come unticked.

Rooming: who sleeps in each cabin or room

• In Responses > Rooming you add the accommodation types with their photos, beds and maximum of people, and the units you have booked.
• You place the confirmed guests by dragging (or tapping on a phone). Drop someone on another person and they swap.
• With «For the client» you send them a link and they do it: they see each type’s photos and their guests, with no emails or personal data.
• Rooming Excel ready to send to the venue.

Freelance Board: the best profiles as soon as you open it

• With a free account, “Find freelancers” opens with the 10 best-scored profiles. Seeing them does not use a search.
• In My profile, below “Publish my profile”, a carousel of freelancers already on the Board.
• The Board home page shows the brands our community freelancers work for.

Star your VIPs or Founders

• In Responses, open a person and tap the star, or select several and «Mark VIP». They get their own filter.
• Choose what to call them (VIP, Founder, Speaker…) in Settings > Registrations and places.
• The star shows at the door on check-in, in the client tracking page, in the Excel and PDF, and on the badge with {{vip}}.

Record who is not coming: «Not attending»

• In Responses > Add you can add someone as «Not attending»: they stay on the list, take no spot and get no emails.
• What used to be «Cancelled» is now «Not attending», also in the client tracking page and in Excel.

Freelance Board: collapsible filters, full-screen photos and a shareable profile

• Filters fold by group (and stay the way you leave them); Area shows the most used ones and “Show all”.
• Gallery photos on a profile open large on the same screen, with arrows to browse and a cross to close.
• In My profile, “Share my profile” copies the link to your public page (on mobile it opens the share menu).
• The PDF CV no longer overlaps the footer when the profile is long: it carries on to another page.
• Names, headlines, cities and skills typed in all caps now show in normal case on the grid and on profiles.
• In My profile, you pick your rate with one tap: per day, per hour, per project or unpaid. And the internship level is now called just that.

Contracts: emails with more presence, for your client and for you

• A header with your brand and the contract name, a large button that looks right in any email app and the signing code in large type.
• The “Share” notifications get the new design too: who is sharing it with you, with which permission and the button to open it.

Share contracts, projects and forms with other people on Murphy OS

• New “Share” button at the top of Contracts, every Planner project and Forms: invite someone by their Murphy OS email and they get a notification with a direct link.
• You decide what they can do: View, Comment or Edit, and you can change it or remove their access at any time. Deleting, locking for signing, signing and sharing with more people stays yours alone.
• It is always clear who created it and who is a guest. The guest finds it under “Shared with you”, inside their own app.
• Internal team comments: only you can see them, never your client.

Planner: what you move to the trash no longer reappears when you reload

Contracts: once both sign, you both get the signed PDF by email

• As soon as the second party signs, Murphy OS prepares the final PDF (contract, annexes and certificate) and sends it to both of you as an attachment, with a direct download link that does not expire.
• It is always the same file: the one in the email, the one in your contract and the one in your client’s link.

Contracts: annexes that are reviewed, commented on and signed with the contract

• In Details, “Annexes” section: drag in or upload the budget, floor plan or rider as a PDF or image (up to 25 MB).
• They go right after the contract, in your preview and in your client’s link, where they can read and comment on each one. All in a single link.
• When you lock the version, each annex goes into the contract fingerprint, and the signed PDF includes their pages before the certificate.

Freelance Board: opens from RADAR and lets you know if your profile falls short

• In RADAR, the Freelance Board card now opens the app directly inside Murphy OS.
• If your profile scores below 6 or is unpublished, you will get an occasional email with what is missing to raise your score (three at most, and never if you have just edited it). Turn it off in My profile, under Alerts.

Contracts: your client sees they are in a secure environment

• At the top of their link there is a discreet notice with a padlock: encrypted connection, private link and signing with a code and a document fingerprint. Tapping it explains it in three lines.

Contracts: send the draft to your client even if details are missing

• “Send to review” button at the top of every contract: send it by email, WhatsApp or link, even while details are still missing.
• Your client reads the whole contract, comments on anything and sees which of their details are missing, highlighted in yellow. They can save what they have and come back later with the same link.
• Whatever they fill in goes straight into the contract, even if you do not have it open, and you get an email.

Contracts: the price can refer to the attached budget

• In Details, under «Total price», turn on «No figure in the contract»: the contract will say the amount is the one in the attached budget, as a base budget, instead of showing the figure. Handy when the price may change with bookings and production.

Contracts: your client comments on and signs the contract from their link

• Each contract carries its brand: your account logo or a different one just for that contract (and your templates keep theirs).
• Your client sees the whole contract, completes their details and comments on any clause; you get an email and reply from the Signing step.
• Lock the version and your client signs it with a code sent to their email; you countersign with one click. Nobody can change the text while it is locked.
• Once both have signed, you download the PDF with the signatures and a certificate with the document fingerprint and the full history. If you use Dropbox Sign, you can also send it from there.

Freelance Board: unlimited search with your plan; 5 searches a month without one

• With Murphy OS, monthly, annual or lifetime you keep seeing the whole Board, with no limits.
• With a free sign-up or the Community Pass: 5 searches a month, 10 results per search and 3 full profiles that open only once.
• Each profile’s public page (the one behind the CV QR code) no longer shows email or WhatsApp: you need to sign up to get in touch.

Freelance Board: a 0 to 10 score on every profile and a PDF CV in one click

• Every profile has a score out of 10 based on how complete it is, and the board shows the most complete ones first. In My profile you see your score and what is missing to raise it.
• Much more filterable profiles: rate (including “Looking for an internship”), event types, how they invoice, licences and vehicle, language level and minimum score. You can also sort by rate, years of experience or event size.
• Richer profiles: highlight projects, largest event, work gallery, video, training and liability insurance.
• Download any freelancer’s CV as a PDF from their profile, or your own from My profile, generated on the spot from what is in the app.

Business Cards: you can now upload your logo and cover from Safari

• Your company logo and cover now upload properly from Safari too, and SVG logos are accepted.
• In Share, the QR block no longer overlaps the rest of the screen even with a long link, and the editor no longer spills over the edges on mobile.

New app: Business Cards

• Design your digital card with your photo, logo, colours and typography, and share it with a QR, an NFC card or your lock screen.
• Snap the cards you get at an event: we read them and they land in your contacts on their own (several in one photo, or in burst mode).
• Anyone who scans your card can leave you their details, and they reach your Contacts and your inbox.
• Also: video call background, email signature, printable card and export your contacts to Excel or your phone.

Murphy OS now speaks English

• Use the ES | EN switch at the top right: everything changes instantly.
• It is saved to your account, also on your phone, and your sign-in emails arrive in your language.

Freelance Board: the events freelancer board

• Search freelancers by area, availability, country, languages and level, and see who is free first.
• Open their profile with CV, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and message them from the app: they reply to your email.
• Save profiles and set up alerts: we email you when someone who fits your search joins.
• Freelancer yourself? Build your profile in My profile and get on the board.

Printable badges, one per guest

• In Responses > Badges: design the card with their name, company, logos and the check-in QR.
• Print sizes (A6, A7, PVC card, 4 × 3 in…), your colours and the client's uploaded fonts.
• Colour by guest type and text that shrinks on its own when a name is long.
• PDF with one per page or on A4 sheets to cut out, with bleed and crop marks.
• Upload the designer's artwork as the background, different per guest type, with a double-sided back.

More fonts and the full country list

• In Style, Comfortaa for headings and Lato for body text.
• The country field now has every country, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kosovo.

Delete guests one by one or in bulk

• In Responses, select them and press «Delete» (it asks you to confirm).
• In Sends, «Delete guest» or «Remove from registration» on each send.
• If there was a waiting list, the next person moves up.

Check-in with several entry lanes

• In Responses > Door, «Several entry lanes»: a link (with QR) to open the door on other phones, no account needed.
• Everyone works on the same list and nobody gets in twice.

Dietary and allergen list for the venue

• In Responses > Export: «PDF · diets and allergens» and «CSV · diets and allergens», with the count at the top.
• The list PDF now includes every question: if they don't fit, it splits them into parts.

Client tracking your way and on your website

• Choose which figures and which answers the client sees in their tracking page.
• «Put it on your website» now also works for the review and the tracking page.

Email buttons and formatted checkboxes

• The «Another address» and «Their payment» buttons always show, also with addresses like www.yoursite.com.
• Checkboxes (rules, data consent) accept bold, italics and links.

New app: Contracts

• Event contract templates: pick clauses, fill in the details and download it.
• An «i» button on each contract explains when to use it.

Team building template and an info card for each template

• Activities with places, questions that only show when relevant, coach, T-shirt size and diets.
• An «i» button on each template: what it is for, which questions it includes and a Murphy tip.

Murphy OS as an app on your phone

• Tap the phone icon at the top or «Install» on the home screen and it walks you through it.
• It opens full screen from your home screen.

The client sees the email figures

• In their tracking page: delivered, opened, visited and replied. You can hide it from the panel.
