From load-in to the last cue, in real time
Day-by-day setup timeline, plans to scale with equipment lists, a run of show the crew ticks from their phones and a QR door. For whoever is at the venue at 6am.
What hurts today
- Load-in and load-out times arrive in emails nobody has sorted
- One duration changes and the printed run of show is dead
- AV, catering and hosts work from different versions of the timeline
- The rental company wants exact quantities and nobody has added them up
What changes
- One living run of show for every team, showing who ticked each cue
- You always know whether you are ahead or behind
- Equipment counts come from the plan, not from memory

Escaleta
Build the run of show once and on show day it becomes a live board: the crew ticks every cue from their phones, you see if you are running late and the client follows along.
See the appPlanner
Line items, VAT, fee and margin on one screen, with the setup timeline and the agenda right next to them. The spreadsheet you used to dread becomes a living project.

Upload the venue plan, calibrate it with one known measurement and place tables, bars, stage and lounge areas at real size. Then seat every guest in their chair.
See the appForms
Build the landing page and form with your client's brand, manage capacity and waitlist, send the emails and on the day check people in by QR. With data protection where it belongs.
See the appFreelance Board
The industry's freelancer board: production, stage management, hosts, technicians, creatives. Filter, open their profile, download the CV and get in touch. And if you freelance too, you go on the board.

Does the tech crew need an account?
No. With the crew link they tick cues from their phone just by entering their name.
Can I work on the venue's CAD plan?
Yes, as DXF or PDF. If you have a DWG, export it to one of those first.
Does it work with poor signal?
Escaleta needs a connection to sync ticks. If it drops, it shows it is offline and keeps retrying.
Murphy never warns you. You can be ready anyway.
